Millwall Community Trust offers a unique opportunity for 16-18 year-old football players, both male and female, in Southwark, Lewisham, and Kent to pursue a 2 year Football & Education Scholarship in partnership with Lewisham College and EFL Trust. Learners have the opportunity to enhance and develop their technical and tactical knowledge through an extensive football development and education programme.
Under the guidance of highly experienced and qualified academy UEFA licensed coaches, learners train up to 6 hours per week with training focusing on the development of players' technical, tactical and physical attributes and is supplemented by a weekly competitive games programme.
Alongside this, students will also have the opportunity to complete a range of qualifications including a BTEC Level 1,2 or 3 in Sport or A-Levels.
