Millwall Football Club was presented with its Bronze Award for the EFL Equality Code of Practice last Saturday.
Prior to The Lions taking on Preston North End in the Sky Bet Championship, Managing Director, Mark Fairbrother, Millwall Community Trust CEO, Sean Daly, and Safeguarding & EDI Lead, Jason Vincent, showcased the award on the pitch.
The club were awarded the accolade back in August.
“We’re delighted that the club have achieved this award," said Sean Daly. "The Trust is committed in helping our local community and this award further emphasises our diverse community.
“It’s an important milestone for the club and Trust and will be a real catalyst for us as we now continue with our EDI journey.“
