Millwall FC first-team duo Macaulay Langstaff and Josh Coburn visited St James’ Primary School this afternoon.

Millwall Community Trust runs a variety of sessions for schools, and work with a number of partner schools across Southwark, Lewisham, and Kent.

Langstaff and Coburn took part in four different sessions across Year 5 and Year 6.

The striking duo took part in a Q&A where children were able to ask questions they’ve always wanted to know the answers too with both football and inspirational advice given.

Both then finished the afternoon by posing for photographs and signing autographs for the school to give out to participants.

Emily Poole, Millwall Community Trust’s Primary Stars and Schools Co-Ordinator said: “What a great experience for the children to have Macaulay Langstaff and Josh Coburn come into their school.

“It just shows what Millwall Community Trust is all about, helping in the local area, and the players doing this will make such an impact on these children.

“It’s just one of many incredible opportunities your school can benefit from when you work with Millwall Community Trust.”
