Millwall Pride beat Phoenix 7-0 in the London Unity League Plate Semi-Final at St Paul’s Sports Ground, Rotherhithe on Sunday afternoon.
Goals from James McClean, Iosu Salinas, a brace from Ollie Parry and a hat-trick from David Mendes means that Pride advance to the final of the competition.

Millwall Lionesses lost 2-0 against Fulham at The Den on Sunday afternoon.
Two goals in the second half was enough to give the visitors all three points despite Millwall showing plenty of prowess throughout.
