Millwall Community Trust want to take a moment to express how proud we are of the Millwall Under-17 Pan Team and the fantastic progress they’ve made since September.
Not only have they been improving their football skills, but they’ve also built strong friendships and developed great teamwork, showing a positive attitude and dedication at each session.
Consistency has been a key part of their improvement, and their recent matches against the Drumbeat School Football Team and Charlton FC highlight how far they’ve come.
In both games, the players demonstrated improved football abilities, communication on the pitch, and, most importantly, true sportsmanship and support for each other.
Against Drumbeat, they celebrated a 3-2 victory. When they visited Charlton FC at their ground in Eltham, during a fantastic afternoon of football, they competed in several games, winning two, drawing one, and losing one. These matches showed just how much they’ve grown as a team.
It’s been wonderful to see them having fun while applying what we’ve been practicing during our weekly sessions.
Their hard work, focus, and passion for the game are making a real difference. We’re excited to see even more progress from our young Millwall Pan Team in the new year!
