Millwall Community Trust (MCT) presented awards on Saturday afternoon to showcase contributors who make Millwall a safe and inclusive environment for all and for supporting Equality in the Community.
Saturday’s match against West Bromwich Albion was The Lions LGBT themed match which is supported by Premier League Fans Fund.
To mark the occasion, the match was played with the EFL’s Puma Rainbow match ball as well as rainbow corner flags.
At half-time, Millwall Romans Manager Paul Loding presented awards to MCT’s EDI & Safeguarding Lead Jason Vincent as well as Romans PR Agency for their outstanding work in supporting Equality in the community.
Sean Daly, MCT CEO said: “Saturday was a fantastic day at The Den as we celebrated the LGBT community.
“Congratulations to all the award winners and we’d like to once again thank you for your contributions.
“Finally, Millwall are committed to making our local community a safe and inclusive environment for all and we will continue to work hard to do so.”
