Millwall Community Trust and Millwall Football Club are once again partnering with Partnership Southwark and Crisis Rescue Foundation to bring the Vaxi Taxi/ Health and Wellbeing Pop Up to The Den prior to Saturday’s match against Wrexham.
The Vaxi Taxi/ Health and Wellbeing Pop Up will open at 12:30pm - two-and-a-half hours before kick-off - and will give you a chance to pop in and get some vital health checks.
Crisis Rescue Foundation’s team of health and wellbeing experts will be available to offer information and signposting to more advice and care, including reducing the risk and spotting signs of heart disease, stroke, cancers (bowel and prostate).
They will be promoting:
- Preventative care
- Managing stress and other common symptoms of mental health conditions
- General men’s health and wellbeing
The team will also be offering free blood pressure checks, height, and weight measurements along with free, healthy snacks and toiletry goodie bags.
