Millwall Community Trust (MCT) hosted a special pop-up session at Burgess Park on Wednesday afternoon.
The event - which was attended by Football Foundation and Premier League - had over 70 participants across Millwall’s Premier League Kicks programme.
The session took place between 3:30pm-5:30pm and focused on technical skills and fun matches with all participants enjoying themselves.
Also in attendance throughout the afternoon was Richard Masters, CEO of the Premier League, Mark Bullingham, CEO of The FA, Simon Hayes, CEO of Sport England as well as former Lioness legend Fara Williams and former Premier League star Anton Ferdinand.
The Football Foundation are celebrating 25 years of game changing impact thanks to Premier League, The FA and Government funding.
The Premier League trophy, Adobe Women’s FA Cup trophy and the WSL Trophy were all in view throughout.
Joubin Sarrami, MCT’s Community Manager said: “What a brilliant evening for our young people to be involved in.
“There was some real talent on show and all participants enjoyed themselves and got the chance to express their skills in a safe and secure environment.
