Millwall Community Trust (MCT) CEO Sean Daly has been awarded the Lewisham Legacy Award Winner 2025.
Sean Daly joined MCT as Football & Sports Development Manager in March 2018 before being appointed CEO in October 2019.
The Lewisham Legacy Award refers to the Mayor's Awards, which recognises individuals, groups, and businesses for their contributions to the borough.
The award ceremony took place at Broadway Theatre and saw ten public voted categories as well as the Lewisham Legacy Award announced.
Sean Daly, MCT CEO said: "I’m honoured to win the prestige Lewisham Legacy Award 2025.
“I am privileged to work at a football club that want to create opportunities and change for its local community, being the charity arm of the club , the trust is the vehicle to support the local communities and we are committed to continuing to help change lives.
“Over 40 years the trust has worked in Lewisham, supporting the local community, creating opportunities for the residents, and supporting the council and community groups in addressing local issues.
“I would like to thank the Mayor, Brenda Dacres for nominating myself and for her incredible support of MCT.”
