Millwall Community Trust in partnership with Southwark Vital 5 will be delivering free health checks ahead of The Lions facing Southampton this Saturday in The Lions Centre.
The Southwark Vital 5 team will be on site from 11am-3pm also offering flu vaccinations for eligible supporters.
As well as this, they will also be offering free blood pressure checks and weight checks.
There will be guidance available on support to quit smoking and managing alcohol use.
All supporters that attend and have a health check will be entered into a raffle to win a signed Millwall FC match-ball.
