MCT are delighted to announce that in the assessment that took place during our recent NCS residential, as well as during NCS activities at the Lions Centre, conducted by Pharos the NCS Programme auditor, we received a score of 108/110. The assessment focussed on a wide range of things related to the delivery of the NCS programme such as safeguarding and communication, and a range of staff and students were spoken to by assessors. The assessors praised the readiness and passion of staff, as well as the hard work and commitment of students. Sean Daly, Football Development Manager, said: "This is a fantastic result for us here at MCT and is proof of the hard work of all of our staff and students. "Our NCS programme helps give our post-16 academy students a wide range of skills and experiences, and hugely enhances the work they already do. "Whilst here at the Lions Centre and out on residential, our students were an absolute credit to themselves and the result of this assessment is as much a testament to their hard work as it is to the staff."
