Alongside last Saturday's 3-0 win at home to Ipswich, Millwall held a series of Remembrance commemorations, including a minutes silence before kick-off, the laying of wreaths behind the goal at the Cold Blow Lane end and a collection before and after the game for the Royal British Legion's Annual Poppy Appeal.   Participants on MCT's Building Futures programme, which is ran jointly with RBL and RFEA, the Forces Employment Charity, were involved in bucket collections and poppy selling around the ground before kick-off on Saturday.   The Building Futures programme aims to support veterans and service leavers into further education and employment, by providing them with a range of qualifications, one to one mentoring, and support programmes.     Bangale Kargbo, an ex-serviceman who is a participant on the Building Futures programme said: "The programme has been really useful in helping me transition from the army back into civilian life, something which many of us find really difficult." "By coming through this programme, I've been able to grow my networks, and receive one on one mentoring to help me progress onto a new career path."
