Jed Wallace was crowned Millwall PFA community champion of the year for the season 2020/21.

The award recognises the positive impact players have in the community, and the depth of support they provide.

Sean Daly, CEO of Millwall Community Trust, said: “ The award is for recognition of the support that players give the club and community trust with our work in the local community, Jed has been a player ambassador for the last two seasons, and even during these challenging times he has supported us with various initiatives like the NHS hospital heroes project, the FREE food and activity sports camps, etc.

I would like to thank Jed and all the players and staff for their continued support of the community trust”.

Jed said on receiving the award: "My football performances is one thing, but being able to help people in the community is something I take massive pride in. I haven't been able to do as much as I would have liked to have done this season because of COVID-19, but that's something I really enjoy doing, especially since I've had kids of my own."
