Millwall Lionesses made it through to the First Round Proper of the Women’s FA Cup after beating Margate 13-0 in the Third Qualifying Round on Sunday.
The Lionesses have now won four in a row in all competitions.
Millwall started well and took the lead in the 11th minute as Liv McGregor headed home from a Shannan Drewe corner.
Just minutes later, another Drewe corner was deflected in by a Margate defender to double the lead.
One minute later, Emma Whitter made it three as she finished from yet another Drewe delivery.
Drewe turned from provider to scorer moments later as she powered home from inside the area, before Ella Bailey was the next to get on the scoresheet as McGregor’s pass was smashed home.
Grace Laverick then made it six as she headed in from close range from a Drewe delivery.
Laverick turned provider soon after as McGregor got another with a tidy finish just on the half-hour mark.
Millwall were in a rampant mood and Whitter made it eight when she finished from close range just before the break.
It would take until the 67th minute before The Lionesses got a ninth as McGregor got her hat-trick with a neat finish.The goals were flowing once again and Whitter made it 10 for Millwall and - three for herself - tucking it home with 15 minutes remaining.
Ellen Napper’s glorious pass found Drewe - who was a constant threat throughout - and she finished well to make it 11.
Tamiyah Lorraine was introduced in the second-half and was straight into the action as her cross was deflected in the back of the net for number 12.
The goalscoring was rounded off with five minutes remaining as Napper passed it home to round off an incredible display from Millwall.Next up for Millwall Lionesses is a home match next Sunday against Crawley Town.
