Millwall Community Trust were match sponsors for Fisher's Community Day match against Whistable Town on Saturday.
We are delighted to hear the day was a success and you can see comments from Fisher below:
"Magnificent day yesterday (apart from the final score obviously) 7 goals a real ding dong battle showcasing the very best in non-league football - fair play to Whitstable Town F.C. (and their away support!) for making it an entertaining action packed 90 minutes and for being part of the biggest ever league attendance at St Paul's - 386, our highest league attendance in fact since the visit of AFC Wimbledon on Boxing Day 2008. We've come a long way."
"Thank you to every one of you who came down, look forward to seeing you all back on tuesday 28th for our next home game - vs VCD Athletic and thank you to the groups who made up an important part of the afternoon, Time and Talents, Lions Food Hub and The Proper Blokes Club for making it a genuine Community day, and an extra special thanks to our match sponsors Millwall Community Trust who have been instrumental in their support of the Fish since we returned to St Paul's. It was a great day for SE16! C'MON THE FISH!"
