Millwall Community Trust and Millwall Football Club are partnering with Partnership Southwark and Crisis Rescue Foundation to bring you the first ever Vaxi Taxi/ Health and Wellbeing Pop Up at The Den prior to Wednesday evening’s match against Ipswich Town.
The Vaxi Taxi/ Health and Wellbeing Pop Up will open at 4:30pm - three-and-a-half hours before kick-off - and will give you a chance to pop in and get some vital health checks.
Crisis Rescue Foundation’s team of health and wellbeing experts will be available to offer information and signposting to more advice and care, including reducing the risk and spotting signs of heart disease, stroke, cancers (bowel and prostate).
They will be promoting:
- preventive care
- managing stress and other common symptoms of mental health conditions
- General men’s health and wellbeing
The team will also be offering free blood pressure checks, height, and weight measurements along with free, healthy snacks and toiletry goodie bags.
