The session started with with participants being given the opportunity to ask Chrissie Wiggins questions about her footballing career they’ve always wanted to know the answer to in a general Q&A.
Following on from this, Wiggins took part in the warm-up where each attendee learned how to master their ball control whilst taking part in fun activities.
Wiggins then encouraged from the sidelines as participants took part in a one-v-one drill before playing a match.
The session concluded with participants having the opportunity to score past Wiggins as they took part in a penalty shootout before posing for group picture with her.
MCT's Community Manager, Joubin Sarrami said: "What a great experience for the girls’ to have Millwall Lionesses Goalkeeper Chrissie Wiggins come down to their Premier League Kicks session.
