Millwall Football Club is proud to announce its new anti-discrimination campaign, ‘All ‘Wall’, as part of its increased commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in football.

The club, which has a long and proud history of combating discrimination of all kinds both inside its stadium and within its local community, will now see its vast amount EDI work operate under the All ‘Wall campaign.

In August 2024, the club was presented with its Bronze Award for the EFL Equality Code of Practice.

The club’s medium-term aim is to reach the highest standard (Gold) and the club hopes its comprehensive and varied initiatives and strategies in this area will prove contributory to this objective.

‘Millwall For All’ - the club’s former anti-discrimination body - was set up in 1994 and was the first organisation of its kind at an English football club. Since then, and year after year, Millwall Football Club, Millwall Community Trust, and the club's Equality Steering Committee (formed in 2021) continue to work as one in order to ensure that the club is inclusive, diverse and family-friendly.

‘United For Change’, launched in December 2020, and ‘Hear Hate, Don’t Hesitate’, launched in February 2019, continue to be at the forefront of the club’s dedication to drive discrimination out of football.

All ‘Wall will play an integral role within the local community, encouraging an inclusive environment for its staff and supporters, a place where all those who visit The Den feel respected and welcomed.

Millwall’s EDI lead, Jason Vincent said: “We are delighted to launch ‘All Wall’ so soon after our bronze EFL Code of Practice award.

‘The new All Wall campaign will very much carry on the legacy around our work on anti-discrimination and putting people first no matter their background and difference. Our approach will always remain zero tolerance to all forms of discrimination.”
