New CEO at the Trust! Sean Daly has been appointed as the new permanent CEO for the Millwall Community Trust. Sean joined Millwall Community Trust in April 2018 after spending 18 years as Head of Football and Sports Development at Charlton Athletic Community Trust , where he oversaw the schools programme, holiday camps, player development centres and coach education programmes.  Sean was also a youth phase coach at the club’s successful youth Academy.  Before joining CAFC, he spent 6 years working in MLS league USA as U16 coach for Tampa Bay Mutiny. Sean is a qualified UEFA A Licence coach, and FA Tutor for the last ten years, which has taken him all the world: South Africa, China, Spain, Holland etc, delivering FA coaching courses on behalf of the FA. Sean quoted “It’s an honour to be asked to head up the Trust.  This is a very special Club, that does excellent work in its community and this journey needs to continue.  We are looking at moving the Trust forward and expand our work into other areas to support our community”
